Return & Exchange Policy

At Reminaire, we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction and to earning their trust and loyalty. This policy aims to promote transparency and clarify the procedures and conditions governing product exchanges and returns.

A. General Provisions

1.     By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and verified their order and that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Exchange Policy and all terms contained within it.

2.     Orders are processed within a period not exceeding two business days. The customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order, followed by tracking information once the product has been shipped.

3.     For health and safety reasons, all products sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the cases specifically stated in this policy.

B. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted

1.     The seller may accept a return or exchange if any of the following cases are verified and the related conditions are met:

Eligible Cases

·       A significant manufacturing defect in the product that affects its safety or normal use.

·       Evidence of fraud or misrepresentation in the product or the materials used in its manufacture.

·       The product does not comply with the approved standard specifications.

·       The customer receives a completely different product from the one ordered. This is determined by a mismatch between the received product number and the product number listed in the customer’s order.

Conditions for Acceptance

·       The issue must be documented immediately upon receiving the product.

·       The Return & Exchange Request Form available on the website must be completed and submitted within the timeframe specified in this policy.

·       Clear, unaltered photos or videos showing the product condition must be provided, along with evidence demonstrating that the product is defective, counterfeit, or non-compliant.

·       The product must not have been used, mishandled, or improperly treated, and there must be no signs suggesting such use.

·       The product must be free from scratches, chemical exposure, or any changes in color or plating.

·       The defect or damage must not result from negligence, improper shipping or storage, mishandling of the product or its components, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product or published on the seller’s website.

·       The product must be returned with all original contents in good condition, including the box, paper and fabric bags, cards, tags, documents, and any accompanying materials.

·       The request must be submitted within the timeframe stated in this policy.

2.     A natural change in product color resulting from normal use, or exposure to liquids, perfumes, chemicals, or similar substances does not qualify as a valid reason for return or exchange under this policy.

C. Return & Exchange Period and Procedures

1.     If any of the eligible cases listed in this policy apply, the customer must submit a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2.     The seller will review the submitted request form within five business days from the date of submission. Verification of the cases described in Section (B/1) and compliance with the related conditions is subject to the seller’s evaluation. The seller reserves the right to reject a request if the conditions are not met or if the case cannot be verified.

3.     The seller will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the request via the email used during the purchase process, including the reason if the request is rejected.

4.     If the return or exchange request is approved, the customer must attach the return shipping label to the product according to the instructions provided by the seller. The product value will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 15 days from the date the seller receives the returned product.

D. Shipping Costs and Fees

1.     A fixed shipping fee of 30 SAR applies to product deliveries within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2.     The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees in all cases, unless one of the eligible cases described in Section (B/1) is verified. In such cases, the seller will cover the shipping costs.

E. Final Provisions

1.     The provisions of this policy apply to all products, including those sold during promotional or discount periods on the seller’s website.

2.     If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable legal regulations, the legal regulation shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict, while the remaining provisions of this policy shall remain valid and enforceable.

3.     The seller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version of the policy published on the seller’s website at the time of purchase shall apply.
